Since 2000, Solomons has been a pivotal figure in the Sri Lankan educational sector, serving as a lecturer, trainer and mentor, for prestigious institutions and corporate giants.

Corporate Training: Conducted high-impact training for industry leaders including Sri Lankan Airlines, HSBC, Courtaulds Clothing, and MAS Holdings.

Academic Leadership: Served as a specialized lecturer for CIMA Sri Lanka, and a visiting lecturer at Academy of Business Studies (ABS), Achievers Lanka Business School, and KENT Academy.

Technical Mentorship: Provided full-time academic management and lecturing for BIT (UCSC) students at Base2 School of Computing and Golden Key Institute.
