All course development and delivery must adhere to our proprietary Trisol Dual-Lens Methodology™. Every instructor is required to sign our Instructor Compliance & Quality Policy and a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the integrity of our teaching framework.
Core Requirements:
• The 15-Minute Rule: Lessons must be delivered in agile, micro-learning segments (max 15 minutes).
• Dual-Lens Integration: Every technical module must include a strategic leadership or human-centric application.
• Practical-First: Use scenario-based learning inspired by global leaders like HSBC, MAS Holdings, and Sri Lankan Airlines.
• Strategic Mentorship: Every unit must conclude with a "Mentor’s Insight" addressing professional ethics or career growth.
